With the „Thee Songs“ series of compositions Emil Brandqvist has found a format allowing him to compose and play music apart from his extremely successful piano trio format using other instruments like guitar, xylophone, synthesizers or even voice . „Three Songs Part IV“ offers a typical quite but elegant song using clarinet and flugelhorn in „Laminariales“, and some interesting guitar additions in the lively „Sigge the farmdog“ while „With All My Love“ uses even two guitars to create new worlds in the Emil Brandqvist cosmos.
